Youth Training Scheme Sperring’s Convenience Stores

 

What is the most rewarding part of your current job?

Working with wonderful suppliers and a lovely team

 

What are you looking for in a winning entry for the Awards?

Innovative merchandising and store lay out

 

Why should retailers enter these Awards?

A chance to shine and reward their hard working teams

 

What are the most important considerations when judging a retailer?

Reading the whole entry to understand the business as best as possible

 

Why do you think these Awards are important?

They are vital and, as the judges are mainly retail experienced, they give weight to the Awards

 

Who or what has been your biggest influence to get you to where you are today?

My imposter syndrome!

 

If you could give your teenage self any advice what would it be?

Go easy on yourself, go with your instincts and listen.
