What are the opening times?

Monday 07 and Tuesday 08 April: 10.00am - 5.00pm

Wednesday 09 April: 10.00am - 4.00pm

 

Where is the event?

The NEC, Birmingham, B40 1NT

 

Will there be any seminars, workshops or demonstrations?

Yes, there will be several visitor features running throughout the show including: free live events, book signings, latest show news, exhibitor news, awards at the event

 

Is there a Show Guide?

There will not be a printed copy of the show guide, however there will be a digital alternative in the form of our show App, powered by Sitka. A link to download and access the app will be provided on your confirmation email. We are doing this to be more sustainable at our show.

HOW CAN I SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS THAT WILL BE AT THE SHOW?

If I have registered for the exhibition, can I attend on more than one day?

Yes, once registered you can come along any day and your badge allows you in on multiple days.

 

If I have registered for FARM SHOP & DELI SHOW, can I attend the other shows?

Yes, registering for Farm Shop & Deli Show allows you access to Food & Drink ExpoNational Convenience Show and Foodex Manufacturing Solutions

 

How can I register

Registrations will open for Farm Shop & Deli Show in early 2025. But you can register your interest for the show in 2025 here

 

Can I register my colleague and/or friend?

Once you have completed your online registration we have made it even easier to let people know you are attending and invite them to join you via social media and email! Simply click on the pop-up that appears once you have completed your registration (or the link in your badge email) and choose where to share! 

 

I’M A MEMBER OF THE PRESS; CAN I GET A PRESS PASS?

Press badges at the show are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists and broadcasters associated with the industry. If you are already receiving show press releases from us, you will automatically be registered as Press for the show and your ‘Press badge’ will be emailed to you a week before the event. If however you wish to start receiving our releases and would like to attend the event, please email antonia.green@wrbm.com with details of your publication and job title. Advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be registered as press but should register via visitor registration.

What type of ID do I need to bring as I am in the process of setting up a business in the trade?

Please bring a business card if you have one.

 

NOT YET REGISTERED

Can I visit the event if I'm not in the trade?

No, this is a trade only event.

 

Is there a charge for registering?

No, entrance is free to the trade.

 

Do I have to provide all of my personal details?

We require the mandatory fields on the registration form.

 

I don't want to be contacted after the event; how can I prevent this from happening?

We will keep you informed of products and services from William Reed Ltd. If you do not want to receive such information please email data.manager@william-reed.co.uk, or write to Data Manager, WRBM, Broadfield Park, Crawley RH11 9RT.

 
I am a student; can I visit the event?

Yes! Applications for student requests will open in early 2025.

 

I need a visa invitation letter to attend the show; how can i obtain one?

We will be taking visa invitations for Farm Shop & Deli Show. This will open in early 2025. 

 

Can my children visit the event with me?

No, this is a trade event and strictly no under 18s will be admitted including babies in arms. There will not be any creche facilities at the NEC.

 

ACCESS & FACILITIES

Will there be anywhere that I can access the internet while I'm at the event?

All visitors to the NEC can connect to WiFi across the entire venue completely free of charge.

 

Is there a cloakroom at the event?

Yes. Cloakrooms are open 30 minutes before the show opens, until the close of show.
Please note: Coats, bags, suitcases and umbrellas, will be permitted in the cloakroom  at the daily cost £2 per coat or umbrella £3 per bag or piece of luggage

 

WHAT IS ACCESSIBILITY LIKE AT THE VENUE?

The NEC aims to be fully user-friendly for visitors with access needs. Mobility equipment is available to hire. Visit the NEC website for more information. Please contact us if you have any other questions.

  

Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition halls?

No the show is strictly no under 18s. No children, infants or babies in arms will be allowed into the show.

 

Will there be anywhere to buy food while I'm at the exhibition?

Yes, there are several outlets within the halls.
