Speciality food wholesaler Cotswold Fayre has launched a foodhall and restaurant on Glenavon Farm in Saltford, Somerset. Flourish comprises a 2,000 sq ft foodhall, an open kitchen seating 110 people, and an outside terrace with 40 seats.

Booths has opened the ‘1847 Café’ as an alternative to the existing Booths Café in Penrith. The new café will serve a selection of products from Booths’ cheese, deli and bakery counters in a “modern and relaxed” setting. The name of the new site is a homage to the year Booths first opened its tea merchants.
