Chair of Judges Nigel Barden, Co Chair of Judges Elaine Lemm, Holly Shackleton, Editor of Speciality Food and Jamie Hall, Neal’s Yard Dairy are just some of the 2017 Farm Shop & Deli Awards judges.

The online entries for the 2017 Farm Shop & Deli Show have now closed. With entries received from speciality food & drink retailers from across the UK and Northern Ireland, the 2017 Farm Shop & Deli Awards look set to be another challenging year for the judging panel to decide the category, regional and overall ‘Farm Shop & Deli Retailer of the Year’ winners.

The consumer voting is now underway and this important stage of the judging process, which allows customers to vote online for their favourite retailer, will close on Monday 31st October. To date over 1,400 votes have been received, all of which will be evaluated by the judges alongside the retailer’s entry at the judging day on Monday 21st November.

With just over 3 weeks left on the consumer voting stage, the 2017 entrants are now encouraging their customers to vote for them online in the hope to be named a finalist for the category awards, which are up for grabs across 12 different specialisms. There are also nine regional awards available - plus the coveted ‘Farm Shop & Deli Retailer of the Year’.
