Witchmark Distillery (Wiltshire)
Set in the heart of southwest Wiltshire in the historic village of Fonthill Bishop, and named after the medieval 'witch marks' carved into Fonthill's old stone buildings, the beautiful 9000 acre Fonthill Estate provides Witchmark Distillery with the ideal surroundings to make the finest English whiskies. Their distillery building is a Grade 2 listed barn dating back to the 1600s. Beside it, a magnificent grain drying barn houses their visitor centre and shop. In making their spirits they use the very best ingredients from the crops growing on the prime chalk downlands that surround them, mixed with Fonthill’s pure water, naturally filtered through limestone rock on its journey to their bottles.
Lyme Bay Winery (Devon)
Lyme Bay Winery is the home of LBW Drinks. Their small, dedicated drinks company is full of people who are passionate about producing delicious and award-winning English Wine, Fruit Wine, Mead, Liqueurs and Spirits from their home in Devon’s beautiful Axe Valley. Here they combine their knowledge and love of flavours and ingredients with their wine-making skills to craft award-winning traditional drinks, tailored to the 21st-century palate Each of these amazing products is fermented, blended and aged, as appropriate, at the Winery under the supervision of their experienced team. Check out their latest line of award-winning tipples, all of which were awarded Gold in the Taste of the West Awards 2025 awards, including their elderberry and port liqueur, damson gin liqueur and chilli mead.
Baboo Gelato (Dorset)
At Baboo Gelato each batch of their artisanal ice cream is carefully prepared from scratch on their premises in Rampisham, Dorset, using seasonal fruit, local organic milk and lashings of dedication. The result is an intense, natural flavour of ice cream which comes in scoops, tubs, or their unique chocolate-coated ice cream and sorbet bon-bons ‘Baboos’. You will taste the difference that using real fruit and real nuts makes. Josh’s Chocolate (Cornwall)
Josh’s Chocolate offers a range of dark and milk chocolate bars, over eight of which are flavoured with thoughtfully considered inclusions, gigantic chocolate buttons, creamy hot chocolate spoons and egg-squisite Easter eggs. Premium chocolate, capturing cherished moments, handmade in Cornwall. There’s a dedicated, close-knit team making and packing in the ‘melt and mould’ operation, combining with additional flavour essences, caramel, fruit, nuts, and ginger inclusions.
